Grape
Drawing canvas for sales professionals

Draw on an infinite canvas inside your notes

Draw the part words cannot carry.
Some of an account history is not sentences. Put an account on an infinite canvas inside the note, right next to the writing that explains it.
Freehand drawing, shapes, arrows and boxes
The canvas sits in the note as a block, with text above and below it
Follows dark mode, so a canvas drawn at night still reads in the morning
Drawings sync with everything else on a Pro plan

Diagrams without a second app

Boxes and arrows are two clicks away instead of a context switch.

Sketch, then explain underneath

The caption you write is what makes the drawing findable later.

Draw with a pencil in hand

Rough it out on the phone, tidy it up at the desk.

A block, not a separate file

Text above, drawing in the middle, more text underneath.

Legible at night as well

The canvas follows dark mode, so a late sketch still reads in the morning.

Drawings travel too

The sketch is on the other device with everything else on a Pro plan.
Scoreboard

Three things that stop leaking between calls

No feature tour. What changes when the follow up is written before you hang up.
Without Grape
The follow up gets written at 6pm, from memory, after four more calls.
You walk into the call with the CRM open and no idea what was said last time.
The detail from the call never makes it into the CRM.
With Grape

Follow ups written before the next call

Ask for the commitments and objections from the transcript and send the email from that.

Walk in knowing the account

Pull up everything you captured about a company and get it summarised in a line or two.

Stop losing detail between the call and the CRM

The full conversation is in the note, and the tidy summary is what you paste into the system.
A deal

What that looks like for sales professionals

Three points between discovery and renewal where the app earns its slot.
01

Discovery

Record with consent and stay in the conversation instead of typing.
02

Between calls

Ask for next steps, write the follow up, move on.
03

Before a renewal

Ask what this account cared about over the last year.

Questions Before You Install It

The rest of them live in the help center.
Does it sync with my CRM?
No. Grape is where the raw conversation and your thinking live. Export or paste the clean summary into your CRM and keep pipeline data there.
Do I need permission to record calls?
Yes. Recording rules vary by country and state, so ask on the call and follow your company policy.
What is Grape, in one paragraph?
Grape is a note app for Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android with AI built into the middle of it rather than bolted on the side. You write, record and collect things the normal way, and then you can search by meaning, ask questions about your own notes, and turn any note into a summary, a set of flashcards, a quiz or a mind map.
What makes it different from other note apps?
Most note apps treat AI as an extra panel. In Grape the agent works on your workspace: it can read, create, edit, move, tag and delete notes, and every answer points back to the note it came from. Semantic search, voice transcription, flashcards, quizzes, mind maps and the drawing canvas all live inside the editor rather than in separate tools.
Where do my notes actually live?
On your device, in a local database, and you can choose where that file sits. Nothing needs to leave your machine for the app to work. If you turn on sync with a Sync or Pro plan, your notes are also stored in the cloud so your devices can stay in step. On Lifetime they sync through your own Dropbox or Google Drive instead, and Grape never sees them.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. Download the app and start writing. You only need an account for the paid plans, which is where cross device sync and built in AI come in.

Have the follow up ready.

Record the conversation, get the transcript, and ask for the next steps before you dial the next number. Every account note stays searchable by what was said.
