Grape is built with privacy in mind. Your notes are stored locally on your device by default. We do not collect, process, or sell your personal data.
When you create an account for Pro or Lifetime plans, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider). We do not collect analytics, track your usage, or access the content of your notes.
By default, all your notes, drawings, flashcards, quizzes, mind maps, and attachments are stored locally in a SQLite database on your device. We have no access to this data.
If you enable cross-device sync on the Pro plan, your data is stored securely in the cloud. We do not read, process, or analyze your synced data in any way. It exists solely to provide the sync service and is never shared with third parties.
When you use AI features, your input is sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for processing. We do not store or log AI conversations on our servers. If you use your own API keys, data is sent directly to the provider under their privacy policy.
We use trusted third-party services for payments and AI processing. These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Continued use of Grape after changes constitutes acceptance.
If you have questions about this privacy policy, contact us at [email protected].
