Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Grape, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Grape is a note-taking application for personal and professional use. You may use Grape on any devices you own. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.
Accounts & Subscriptions
The Free plan requires no account. Pro and Lifetime plans require an account. Pro is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
Your Data
Your notes are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cross-device sync on the Pro plan, your data is stored securely in the cloud. You own your data and can export it at any time.
AI Features
AI features are powered by third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). When using AI features, your input is sent to these providers for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. If you bring your own API keys, usage is subject to the respective provider's terms.
Intellectual Property
Grape and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shiny Grape, LLC. The content you create in Grape belongs entirely to you.
Limitation of Liability
Grape is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shiny Grape, LLC is not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of the app. We recommend keeping regular backups of your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Grape after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website.
