The chat knows Grape the way the help center does, because it reads the help center. Ask how to do something, whether Grape can do something, or what a plan includes, and the answer comes from the guides on this site rather than from a guess.
Asking
Ask in your own words: how do I lock a note, can Grape transcribe a meeting, what does Lifetime include, does it work offline. The chat shows a Searched the help center step with the guides it read, answers in a few lines, and links the guide so you can read the rest.
The guides are in English, but you can ask in any language: the chat looks the question up in English and answers you in yours.
When Grape does not do it
If no guide covers what you asked, the chat says plainly that Grape does not do that yet, rather than describing a feature or a menu that is not there. It points you to the roadmap, where you can ask for it and vote for what you want next.
Always up to date
The chat reads the guides from grape.cool each time you ask, so a guide written for a new feature reaches the chat the day it is published, with no app update. It needs a connection to do that: offline, the chat says it cannot reach the help center and gives you the link.
Asking it to do it instead
When what you ask is something the chat can do for you, it does it rather than walking you through the steps: it changes the setting, edits the note or generates the image.
With an agent
The agents you make can look things up in the help center too, whatever their switches say, since it reads nothing of yours.
