Voice memos become notes
Say it out loud and the bot writes it down, gives it a short title and keeps your words as you said them.
Photos you can search
Send a receipt, a whiteboard or a page of a book, and the note holds the photo and the text read out of it.
Filing in one message
Add milk to the shopping list, or make a Recipes folder and move the pasta note into it, without opening Grape.
Nothing changes behind your back
A delete waits for your Confirm and only moves the note to Recently Deleted, and /undo puts the last change back.
Locked notes stay out
A locked note is sealed on your devices, so the bot never lists, reads or changes it.

Lock Screen voice notes
Hold the button and talk. The note is waiting.
Press and hold the Action button, or the Record control on the Lock Screen, and your iPhone records while it stays locked. A Live Activity shows the timer and a Stop button. When you stop, Grape saves the recording as a new note without opening, and on Plus and Pro it transcribes it on Grape servers and sends a notification when the text is in.

Point the Action button at Record Voice Note once, then press and hold it whenever there is something to say.
The phone stays locked
Nothing to unlock and no app to find. It records from the Lock Screen and saves without opening Grape.
A Live Activity while you talk
The timer runs on the Lock Screen beside a red Stop button, and Saved to Grape shows when you are done.

A Chrome extension that saves the page you are reading straight into the desktop app. The article arrives as a clean note with the ads gone, the images downloaded and a line under the title saying where it came from.

The title and the body sit in fields you can correct, and what is there when you press Save is the note.

iOS Shortcuts
Press, tap or ask Siri. The note is saved.
Grape adds eight actions to the Shortcuts app on iPhone and iPad. Save a note, add to one or keep a web page from an automation, the Action button or Siri without opening the app, or open Grape straight on a recording, a scan or a blank page.

Create Note takes text, a title, a folder and photos, PDFs or recordings, and saves them while you stay where you are.
Add to the note you keep
Add to Note puts text or files at the end or the top of a note you pick: a journal, a log, a shopping list.
Keep a page by its address
Save Web Page files the whole article, or just the title, a summary and the link, in the folder you name.

Revise without making the cards.
Turn any note into a deck and review it inside the app. The cards come from your own material, so you are drilling the version you were actually taught.
